   South-South Cooperation in Technology Transfer

South-South cooperation is a broad concept consisting of two key dimensions: economic and technical cooperation among developing countries (ECDC and TCDC, respectively). This paper outlines past efforts in South-South co-operation and issues for the future. This was prepared for the Forum on South-South Co-operation in Science & Technology, Seoul, 14 to 17 February, 2000.
